Purpose
This Content Service Agreement summarises the arrangements between WordHarbour Studio and the client for the delivery of writing services. It applies alongside the Terms and Conditions.
Scope of services
The scope of each engagement is defined in a written brief agreed before work begins. Only work described in the brief is included in the agreed price.
Deliverables and format
Deliverables are supplied in the format agreed in the brief (for example a Google Doc, Microsoft Word file or plain-text export). Metadata suggestions are included where the package specifies them.
Client cooperation
The client agrees to provide accurate briefing information, respond to feedback requests within the agreed window and supply any relevant source material.
Revisions
Each package includes a defined revision allowance, applied within a single consolidated round. Additional revisions may be quoted separately.
Fees and payment
Fees are payable in advance through Stripe Checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bespoke engagements may be staged.
Delivery timelines
Delivery dates are estimated based on current workload and confirmed in the written scope. Reasonable delays caused by client feedback or unavoidable events may extend the timeline.
Intellectual property
Ownership of the final, approved content transfers to the client on full payment. Drafts and internal materials remain with WordHarbour Studio.
Confidentiality
Information shared during the engagement is used only for the purposes of that engagement and treated confidentially.
Term and termination
Either party may terminate the engagement by written notice. Refunds on termination follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
